For anyone that cares, Seaweed formed in the late-80's Seattle-ish scene (specifically Tacoma and Olympia) and initially did a bunch of recordings with Jack Endino, along with several records for Sub Pop. For some unknown reason their brand of catchy, angular indie rock/post-hardcore type of stuff tanked big time when they hit the majors, so four years later their last record came out on another independent label in 1999 with Alan Cage from Quicksand on drums. They broke up soon afterwards. -Aversion Online 1. Free Drug Zone 2. Crush Us All 3. Start With 4. Common Mistake 5. Magic Mountainman 6. Saturday Nitrous 7. Undeniable Hate 8. Defender 9. Assistant (To The Manager) 10. Punchy (The Clown) 11. Not Saying Anything 12. Last Humans 13. Peppy's Bingo www.sendspace.com/file/qo9cu9---------------------------------- 1. Sound of the End 2. Early Grave 3. I Don't Care 4. Cap City 5. Class War 6. This Is Mine 7. My Promise 8. Living in a Fog 9. Killing Time 10. Life Isn't Fair 11. Horrible Crimes 12. No Smiles in the Ghetto 13. Land of Kings 14. No Justice for the Working Man 15. London Gospel 16. Violent Assault www.sendspace.com/file/v8xklf

Poison Idea - Feel the Darkness1) Plastic Bomb 2) Deep Sleep 3) The Badge 4) Just to Get Away 5) Gone for Good 6) Death of an Idiot Blues 7) Taken by Surprise 8) Alan's on Fire 9) Welcome to Krell 10) Nation of Finks 11) Back Stab Gospel 12) Painkiller rapidshare.com/files/53585657/Feel_the_Darkness.rarUnbridled hatred and nihilism comes in very large packages. Poison Idea, at their prime weighing in at over 1,000lbs, were the epitome of nihilistic hardcore punk. With absolutely no regard for others nor themselves, Poison Idea have been ripping it up since the early 80's. Releasing several of their albums on their own label, American Leather, and dishing out almost 20 EPs and LPs in the last 27 years, their most recent being Latest Will and Testament, released last year through Farewell Records. Recorded in 2005 but released in 2006, it was their last recordings with their guitarist Tom "Pig Champion" Roberts before his unfortunate death in January of 2006 of undetermined causes. After the fall of the Champion of Pigs, the band continued on in their march of hatred, releasing the Bipolar Hardcore Split 7" with, now defunct, NYHC act Kill Your Idols. They will be performing live at this year's Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, TX with other such legendary hardcore bands: Battalion of Saints, Sick of it All, CH3, Angry Samoans, etc. This record I uploaded is, as you may have figured by now, my namesake. Feel the Darkness, released in 1990, is one of my all-time favorite hardcore records. 12 tracks of raw aggression, this album will make you hate everything around you. Just a heads up.
