A dispicable act of police brutality was committed on Go Skateboarding Day by the Hot Springs, Arkansas Police Department. Video of the incident is below. Someone had said they were breaking a law cause they were skateboarding in front of that fancy hotel...err something, im not sure, i don't know if i can take sides but yeah hes an idiot for running. how can you not take sides? the first kid he choked out and had on the floor was 13! they were being stopped for skating because of some city ordinance, but what they were doing didn't give the cop the right to choke out a bunch of minors. they already put that cop, Joey Williams, on administrative leave while they investigate his behavior. |
