it's so upsetting to see that today is what these kids wouldn't have wanted it to be. i wish there was a way to bring back how it was started, it would take a lot of convincing to make that seem right, bringing it all back.

seriously, this generation is fucked. how many current hardcore bands can you name that have written a single lyric on the situation in Iraq? how about addressing immigration, or global warming? nah, its the generation of flat brimmed hats, nike dunks, and gimmicks. I'm no comformist... its just too difficult to even bother. Die Young Looking Up Black SS Lion of Judah Mayday Haymaker Behind Enemy Lines R.A.M.B.O. I Object The Hope Conspiracy Tragedy ...just to name a few.

bah, it was 2 in the morning and I exaggerated my statement... you know what I mean. haha, yeah, i knew what you meant, but i just felt like listing some. In the overall scheme of things, there is a major lack in bands that give a fuck about anything other than pointless shit, but there are still some great bands with a good message out there.

i'd like to believe I was born in the wrong generation where the opposing cliques of average society were so naive you could look them in the eye and tell them they're old and useless and there's passion strength in numbers, ya dumb bitch.
and speaking of documentaries, does anone know when I can find a copy of Decline of a Western Civilazion. i don't wanna think its actua
