This is straight up, the types of posts i think are total bullshit. "Next Level Shit"? more like "Over Fucking Hyped". Good band, but its an old formula. "next level shit" was a joke. note the joke made after said statement. yes it's over-hyped, but it's still damn good. The LP is gonna rule, and if you think otherwise, it's just a difference in taste. I was fucking with a bunch of people on b9 by asking them to provide a good reason to be given "next level access" and then I'd send 'em the sampler if they could provide a funny/ridiculous enough answer. Some people took it too seriously and tried giving me "heartfelt" responses in an attempt to hear it, and I opted to deny them "next level access".  As over-hyped as Bitter End and Iron Age are, they are still some of the only bands doing that particular sound and doing it well. |

ok, I heard that sampler yesterday, and I have to say that it isn't bad. This band uses the right amount of everything, the right guitar tone, the right riffs and transitions... and the production was top notch... but honestly, its not the second coming of christ.
I just say that because its relevant to the discussion... Bitter End is a good band, but Texas kids suck too much dick to try and get "on the map"... theres tons of bands that are just as good that dont get near the amount of hype as this band.
But, the songs are good... I'd mosh!
